We recognise the need for co-ordination, co-operation and communication between members of the Design and Construction Teams to ensure the smooth running of projects from concept to completion and to build professional relationships. We welcome a partnering approach to projects and believe that working towards agreed goals will benefit all concerned. We are currently involved in Framework agreements with Royal Group of Hospitals Trust on Royal Victoria Hospital projects and with North and West Belfast Health and Social Services Trust on Muckamore Abbey Hospital project.

We support prompt attendance to site to resolve any problems, which may arise during construction and consider such site visits a necessity in the successful running of projects and a gateway to our next commission.

Finally, we are committed to the increase of safety on building sites and are qualified to provide all necessary information to other members of the Construction Team to assist with the production of pre-tender and construction stage Health and Safety Plans.
