Provision of full Mechanical and Electrical Services for the refurbishment of this listed Building and conversion of a Computer Centre and Public Library for Belfast Buildings Preservation Trust and RBAI
This included the design of all structured cabling systems as well as ventilation and air conditioning systems within the structure on the listed building whilst ensuring that services where accessible for future maintenance and for any potential later alterations
