Description:

New state of the art community hub building of approximately 1300 sq m over two floors with the main lobby and hall as double height spaces.  The hub provides performance, childcare, meeting, teaching and craft spaces for the local community with kitchen facilities on site.

Design Features:

The building was designed to maximise energy conservation and also included Solar Hot Water Panels and Photovoltaic Panels The project successfully gained a BREEAM Excellent Rating demonstrating the environmental creditentials of the building.
