Description:

Significant extension as well as refurbishment to the existing mall areas carried out over 2 distinct phases due to trading restrictions and with all design work to be fast tracked.  The works were completed with the shopping centre remaining open  throughout thus enabling all existing units to trade as normal.

Design Features:

Relocation/replacement of the main NIE Substations (One 800KVA Substation being replaced with two new 800KVA substations in a new location). 

The replacement of the existing sprinkler pump house with a new sprinkler tank incorporating the novel solution of a concrete tank installed within the main structure of the multi storey car park.
